The forests through out the world are under tremendous pressure. Forest fires are a major degradation of under developing countries forests. The field administration of the forests is the responsibility of the various governments. The Governments thus has the direct responsibility of the management of forest resources of the countries. Environment nowadays is considered as one of the serious issues in the society.
