We have observed a form of mismanagement or opacity in the management of technical and vocational secondary schools in the city and province of Kinshasa in general and in the educational province of Tshangu in particular. This management practice in schools is notorious for its negative impact on school operations and performance. The study explained management and its challenges in technical and vocational secondary schools in the educational province of Tshangu city of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. To achieve the study's objective a questionnaire survey was conducted among a purposive or convenience sample of 183 participants from technical and vocational schools in the educational province of Tshangu.
