Management: General theories

In this book attention has been focused on the salient points that can enable any junior manager and manager to understand them. As you can see this book does not pretend to present all the management theories. Rather it serves as a guide to help junior managers and managers to swim easily in the life of organizations especially since the skills of this one-man band should be corollary to the application of managerial theories from the prehistoric period to the contemporary era. Thus by underlining without ambiguity that during prehistory antiquity the Middle Ages and modern times management does not appear yet in its current form as a science it is important to note that the man of these periods practiced unconsciously the management which is still empirical an art. It is only in contemporary times that management has seen its scientific blossoming.Scientificity universality with a pervasive character has not spared the Democratic Republic of Congo. Certainly since the dawn of time management has been practiced by all peoples.
