Management in schools

This dissertation stems from the need to develop a Pedagogy of Excellence in Schools through an innovative movement of practices actions and training so that all stakeholders can be part of it. It is necessary to bring about significant changes in students and awaken schools to ethical political aesthetic and social dissemination. In the Knowledge Society professionals are skilled motivated inventive creative proactive entrepreneurial ethical and transform information into knowledge. Building a dialogue in schools identifying the factors that affect the quality of teaching is essential. A survey and analysis (in loco) of a school group was carried out and a humanistic technical and social approach to transformation was proposed encompassing all stakeholders. Hope is crucial for the organization to be able to transform itself. To this end there is an urgent need for a collective and real educational project that develops the improvement of the training of teachers parents students and assistants as well as proactive and humane leadership. Everyone must be involved in engaging teaching and undertaking this project.
