Management of labor resources of the enterprise in modern conditions

Functioning in a market economy as a business entity each enterprise must provide a state of its economic activity in which it will stably maintain the ability to perform its financial obligations uninterruptedly to its business partners the state owners hired workers and to receive profits. The above can be ensured only with effective use and successful management of the company's labor resources. As a result the labor management is playing the role of modern enterprise management systems. The purpose of this work is to analyze the specifics of labor resources management of the enterprise in the current conditions of the market economy. The information base of the research was the theoretical and scientific-practical researches of the leading scientists on the problems of personnel management as well as the statistical information provided in the resources of the Internet.
