Management versus Leadership and Charismatic Leadership discussions

For many years a debate has occurred surrounding the differences between leadership and management. Philosophers thinkers and scholars have written many theories on the components of being a good leader or a good manager. Although these two terms differ in meaning they are often used synonymously. This book examines both the process of leadership and management; compares both processes; and then explores the possibilities of learning the process of leadership.
