Managerial Neguentropy

A system represents a specific place where both energies that favour disorder and energies that promote order converge. In this way the paradox can arise for a living organisation which is fed by these two aspects without ever exhausting them due to the clear appearance of homeostasis which can detect out-of-control mechanisms and be able to direct them towards Negentropic reversibility as an elementary alternative in the solution of the problems detected.
