Abstract: The main objective of this book is to examine the managerial and organizational specificities of law firms during their digital transformation processes as well as the factors that contribute to successful change management in this context. Our research surveys were as follows: Survey 1: How are law firms managing the challenges responsibilities and expectations associated with digital transformations? Survey 2: To what extent does the management of digital transformations align with law firms' ambidextrous capabilities? In addition a quantitative study was conducted involving the distribution of 35000 questionnaires with 326 responses received. The results indicate that suggesting a significant relationship between digital transformation management and ambidexterity is not supported.
