Managing Ministry Conflict

<p>The way in which Jesus manages conflict in His interaction with various individuals and groups models how we should manage conflict within interdependent ministries in our local churches.  As John presents Christ's person and claims there is conflict in the manifold responses on the part of the people. The predominate theme of this Gospel is the dual response of faith and unbelief in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Those who place their faith totally in Jesus Christ gain eternal life (John 3:16 5:24 6:37 10:28-29); however those who reject Christ are under the wrath of God (John 8:21 24). </p>
