<p>Forever Offender is the perpetual subject of writings.</p><p></p><p>Judge Edwin C. Dalberg 1968 sentenced me to twenty years at Waupun State Prison: I am sentencing you to twenty years not so you remain in prison for an extended period but so you have a long supervision.</p><p></p><p>Well-documented specific evidence that the human brain is not fully developed until around twenty-five and that even then the frontal cortex which regulates executive functioning including decision-making and impulse control is the final part of the brain to fully develop.</p><p></p><p>Fifty-seven years counting I am impacted by changes in Wisconsin Caregiver Laws Rehabilitation Review Panel Request No.: 2000-00047; Mississippi seven years since conviction; and Texas Convictions Barring Employment Safety Code 250.006.</p><p></p><p>I was discharged from that twenty-year sentence on February 31989.</p><p></p><p>I have been suffering self-denial psychological incarceration in lieu of three strikes out.</p><p></p><p>Clear and present need for a pardon.</p><p></p><p>Study each writing for the reason ex-convicts have been denied freedoms others take for granted daily.</p><p></p><p>Ex-convict is a difficult seat to sit.</p><p></p><p>I have evolved 360 degrees since a conviction history discharge.</p><p></p><p>I am asking for full recognition of human rights in the United States of America.</p><p></p><p>This book is a call for research on social justice matters concerning race.</p>
