Problems with providing the population with medical devices which also serve as resources for healthcare institutions in both outpatient and inpatient treatment are among the most pressing issues in healthcare. This is due to the increasing share of specialized care in the treatment and diagnostic process the simultaneous rise in prices for medical devices the emergence of a large number of medical equipment and devices with similar functional properties but significantly different costs and the chronic underfunding of the healthcare system especially in the acquisition of medical devices combined with the low income levels of the population.
