Master Shaamat

<p>In the first half of the 20th century the prose writer Ashraf Subuhi of Dabistan-e-Dilli School was one of those writers without whom the literary history of Delhi cannot be complete. He was among those prose writers of Delhi who had made a prominent place for themselves in literature before the independence of India. He wrote hundreds of beautiful short stories and novels in children's magazines. 'Master Shamat' is such a wonderful and interesting novel by him written for children.</p>
