A Central Government Had Been Formed To Attempt To Control All Of The Other Smaller Governments It Was Called The Council Of Governments. The Council Of Governments Had A Private Mercenary Service To Enforce Their Laws They Were Called The Silver Fox Organization. When George And Diane Decided They Wanted To Have Children They Decided To Design Them Rather Than Go Natural-A Secret They Barely Managed To Keep From The Solar System Government. They Ended Up Developing An Entirely New Species That Would Change History And Space Forever.
