The author has given his contribution towards the rural dalit and urban literature. Still his preference is without doubt to the downtrodden. He presents their picture with perfection and a great concern. Years before the word 'dalit literature' was introduced to Marathi literature he had started penning down their sufferings causing the middle class to startle. He has always succeeded in putting before us the pain agony of the devastated minds their sufferings in a very genuine way. His writing has a serious side but he handles humour equally well. He successfully reveal is the nature of people through his stories. These new format of his stories will surely entertain all.
