Maturation and in vitro fertilization of COC'S in cattle.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the efficiency of three protocols for in vitro maturation and fertilization of bovine oocytes using two media produced in the Biotechnology laboratory of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (in house 1 and 2) versus commercial media. Two experiments were carried out the first one determined the efficiency of in vitro maturation and the second one the in vitro fertilization. The treatments corresponded to two media elaborated in the Biotechnology laboratory of the University of Cuenca in house 1 = T1 and in house 2 = T2 and a commercial medium BO-IVMTM= T3 which was used as a control.
