<p><strong>When Destiny Turns Its Back...</strong></p><p>After being cast out from human society but failing to reintegrate with her gorgon sisters Medusa finds herself more isolated than she has ever been. She is shocked when she runs into a man in a similar state: Asterius the famed Minotaur mingling human and bull parentage.</p><p>Medusa and Asterius form a fast friendship and quickly conclude that if society will not accept them then they will create a new rival kingdom-a hierarchy capable of rivaling Olympus in its splendor.</p><p>Their plan is easier said than done. Asterius's attentions turn personal and then romantic. In the meantime no one can agree on what a kingdom of darkness should look like and the results fail to line up with anyone's expectations.</p><p>When jealous gods learn of their activities everything is thrown into jeopardy. Now Medusa is concerned not just for her own wellbeing but that of the entire land of Eternal Night.</p>
