<p>The year is 1995 living in Kentucky NAFTA and the Surgeon General had swept through tobacco country like the Winds of Change causing foreclosure after bankruptcy forcing people to choose between feeding their family or feeding their pets. Abandoned livestock vast areas just left in ruins. We already lived way out past where laws no longer mattered rumors of wild things were explained away and deep religious values ruled over the land. The winter of 93 into 94 was harsh and frigid so many elements play into why them wild dogs out in them valleys were just as brutal.</p>
