The Humanizing is Necessary Project has been running since 2013 with the aim of building a more humane school through pedagogical actions. In 2023 it developed these actions together with the proposals of the curricular component of the diversified part: ADVANCED STUDIES IN APPLIED HUMAN AND SOCIAL SCIENCES. The students from the Second Years of the Integrated High School and Technical Courses at ETEC Padre Carlos Leôncio da Silva in Lorena-SP carried out the following steps: 1. They researched and studied bibliographical references on topics that involve the individual's relationship with the social environment especially emphasizing the school environment such as: bullying cyberbullying respect for others violence against women violence against the elderly human diversity gratitude forgiveness religious intolerance among others.2. They learned how to organize a project.They learned how to organize a project and the importance of each stage such as: general objective specific objective pedagogical roadmap methodology dynamics and application with team evaluation. 3. After structuring the project they presented their ideas to their colleagues with a model for application to students in the early grades.
