Me Mum & AL

This book contains my personal perspective on the mental decline of my mother. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in late 2016 and here I chronicle all the events leading to and after the painful news of the diagnosis. I talk about my frustrations and the difficult decisions I had to take to weave us both through the minefield of the many symptoms associated with this dementia.I sincerely hope that this book can give the reader an insight to the potential issues and problems that will no doubt be on the horizon regarding their loved ones after the shock of dealing with an Alzheimer's diagnosis.
