Having lived most of my life in the vicious cycle of disorderly eating that day I weakly said Enough! (while eating a bag of candy as fast as I could) and whispered Help!!. I surrendered all my crazy eating habits and laid them before Jesus. </p><p>In the food freedom I was now walking other disordered habits crept in and ruled my life procrastination comparison obsession with exercise and so many others.</p><p><br></p><p>Me Myself & Chocolate takes on these habits head-on so you too can walk in freedom!
