Measured Agony

<p>To shield his family from a past trauma Jack West confesses to killing his sister's attacker Bradley Torres but withholds evidence to control the narrative.</p><p>When police skepticism inadvertently makes his sister a suspect Jack provides the location of the body leading to his conviction and a ten-year prison sentence.</p><p>Inside prison Jack must navigate a complex and violent social hierarchy forcing him to adapt and fight to survive while holding onto his core identity for the family waiting for him.</p><p>After his release Jack returns to a family that has reshaped itself in his absence forcing him to confront the long-term consequences of his actions and rebuild his relationship with his wife and the young son he barely knows.</p><p></p>
