Measuring and promoting research output of Sam Jonah Library Ghana

There was made an attempt in this book to give a total picture of how to measure and promote the research output on an institutional repository. Institutional Repositories (IRs) are library initiatives that aim at providing a digital embodiment for the management preservation and dissemination of the intellectual work of the institution. Promoting and measuring these intellectual outputs on library’s IRs have been found to be very important in providing sustainable and proactive IR services to libraries worldwide.
