This research is about postgraduate students'' satisfaction with service quality of the Higher Institution. Why post-graduate students? Because Master and PHD students are more mature to make independant conclusions on sevice quality of HE Insitution. Due to increasing role of Higher Education in the world it is highly essential for a university to work on development of HE infrastructure and provision of high level of service quality. Today in students environment Northern Cyprus is widely known for its tertiary education sector and particularly for Eastern Mediterranean University. The university is ranked 1-st among 20 universities throughout Cyprus and 968-th throughout the world.(EMU 2015). This book aims to analyse service quality satisfaction in the Eastern Mediterranean University so to understand perception of SERVQUAL from post-graduate students’ perspective and can serve a tool to a provision of better and improved quality of service.
