A professor in the Department of Psychology at National University Dr. Tatum's research interests include applied measurement technology survey construction and analysis individual and group performance and adult learning and accelerated instruction. He has published extensively in a variety of journals including the Journal of Education Research and <em>Behavioral Sciences the International Journal of Psychology and Counseling</em> and the <em>Journal of Research in Innovative Teaching</em>. In addition to his teaching and research activities Dr. Tatum has worked as an organizational consultant for private and government organizations. Dr. Tatum's most recent book is <em>Learning-learning: Facts Theories and Principles</em>. He is a member of the Association for Psychological Science.</p>
