Media and Mental Health

The topic became relevant when the authors had their first experience of the CAPS ad Macapá during their Nursing in Mental Health course when they concluded that they were unfamiliar with the institution leading them to reflect on the reasons why they had previously been unfamiliar with the service and also to observe that the majority of their classmates were also unfamiliar with this component of Mental Health. With this in mind we believe that this study is feasible and relevant to the reality of the municipality of Macapá as it aims to contribute to filling the gap since no similar studies have been found.
