Medicines Dispensing Practice

The practice of dispensing medicines involves a process of dividing up the work of health professionals which should have well-defined links between the different subjects focusing on the rational use of medicines and preventing the trivialisation or medicalisation of health. However it can be seen that the process is disorganised favouring waste and the misuse of medicines with great risk for the patient who needs the medicine as a last resort to maintain or re-establish their health.
