Meditation for Kids

<p>As Zaire attends his last day of school for the summer he dreams of playing all of the video games he'd always wanted to play going to the zoo every weekend playing with his friends and taking swimming lessons. But this summer he learns something unexpected.</p><p>Zaire's Grandma Crowe teaches him all about meditation. He likes the idea of clearing his mind allowing him to focus and learn everything better. He also thinks it will be good for his body and helping his body relax and maybe even improve his skills as an athlete.</p><p>Meditation for Kids follows Zaire as he learns different kinds of meditation techniques and their benefits from his grandmother.</p>
