Meditative Poetry a Spiritual Journey

This book reflects a personal journey that began decades ago. In the pristine setting of the Himalayas from age five to fifteen Yoga and Mantras had shaped her body mind and spirit finding the spiritual in everyday life she develops the spirit and practice of Moving into Stillness.
