This book describes the internal transformation that I experienced throughout yet another addiction treatment facility. These pages are in chronological order from upon my arrival there up until the day that I was discharged over a two month time period. From the highest highs to the lowest lows I wrote this for my personal expression as well as to potentially help someone in a similar situation as I was. Recovery is possible and a shift in your perception can change your view on the world.
