Sadness is something everyone experiences in their life and Taylor Dorhety doesn't fall short in that life's aspect. The book is set in South Boston beginning in 1995 when Taylor is eight and continues on till she is a junior in high school. During the story you listen to Taylor talk about her struggles with abandonment death drugs bullying and many other struggles teens find themselves trying to overcome.
