The importance of roads in the daily lives of farmers is well established. It''s the backbone of the village economy. No road no local development. The remarkable deterioration of roads in three territories Bagata Kenge and Masi''-Manimba is a real handicap for farmers in evacuating their agricultural produce and meeting their vital needs. This explains the relevance of BTC PRODADEKK''s intervention which inspired me to write this book. GMAR is also regarded as a vade mecum for RAs an indispensable tool for their work in the field.
