<p><em>Metamorphosis of Trauma</em> uncovers the nature of primary trauma and its purpose from a descriptive and explanatory framework. The series endorsed by Division 45 of the American Psychological Association addresses critical and emerging issues within culture race and ethnic studies as well as specific topics among key multicultural groups.</p><p><strong>Alice Moore Ph.D. M.S.W.</strong> is a Northern Arapaho from the Wind River reservation. She received her Ph.D. in psychology with concentration in consciousness and spirituality as well as a graduate certificate in leading organizational transformation from Saybrook University. She holds a master's degree in management and planning with concentration in mental health policy from the University of California Berkeley. Through her doctoral studies Dr. Moore received valuable training and professional exposure addressing organizational change leadership that values quality assurance performance improvement strategies while concurrently recognizing the efficacy of individual resilience.
