Life is a beautiful river with us meandering through its curves. No journey is smooth and the journey of life though bumpy is an engaging one. ‘Method To My Madness’ is a concoction of poems which aims at presenting life as it is. Each poem signifies a story we walked past and perhaps didn’t notice. And each story has been delicately crafted by the nauthor after engaging in conversations with countless people. These are real stories with real feelings and real experiences. These stories aim to set off various emotions within the readernfrom the spectrum of happy to sad to anger and at times simplyncontemplating life.nFor the author this book was a personal project where the mainnobjective was to understand people from different walks of lifenand experience how they see the world. She hopes that the numerous conversations with these people aid her in her longterm goal of becoming a good mental health professional and angood human being as well. She also hopes that her readers ponder over each piece of work with an open mind and contemplate the journey of life.
