Methodological Research The CLESE Scale

A methodological study was undertaken to develop Clinical Learning Environment & Supervision Evaluation (CLESE) Scale for Nursing students. Modified Delphi technique was used with veteran (clinician & Educationist) from various field. Reliability of the scale was assessed by cronbach alpha that indicated the internal consistency of the scale stability of the scale was established by test retest method. The tool for content & face validity was panel of experts. Bartletts test of sphericity & KMO value allowed for factor analysis of data which determined the construct validity of the scale. Hence a reliable and valid CLESE Scale was evolved.
