Educational progress is enabled with well-trained teachers while teacher training is possible with well-planned in-service professional training studies. The results of these surveys revealed the necessity of in-service training towards improving the performance of overall training teachers. Pre-and post-training performance evaluations of training teachers have been compared by technical experts and significant differences have been detected between pre-training and post-training performances. Thus this book will constitute a guide to healthy proper reliable and objective execution of all training teachers’ accreditation process.
