Microbial Degradation of Organophosphate Pesticide

The major objectives of this book study were to assess the tolerance of respective bacterial strains were isolated from chilli tomato and cotton crop fields soil samples by enrichment techniques and I was published national and international research papers in various journals. The book contains different factors like pH temperature carbon sources (glucose sorbitol lactose sucrose mannose) nitrogen sources (urea peptone yeast extract ammonium tartrate and ammonium sulphate) amino acids namely ( glutamate tyrosine tryptophan leucine) organic solvents (ethanol n-butanol n-propanol Isoamyl alcohol and methanol) Inoculum volume static and shaking conditions organic acids (acetic acid citric acid and succinic acid) Vitamins (thiamine riboflavin niacin biotin and folic acid) were different nutritional parameters to accelerate the process of pesticide degradation.
