Microbiological Safety of Street Vended Foods of Jaipur City

Street vended food is an important source of microbial infection. Present manuscript deals with the isolation identification characterization and antibiotics sensitivity pattern of Enterobacteriaceae in street vended food of Jaipur city. Enterobacteriaceae had shown variable susceptibility and resistance patterns in response to different antibiotics. The mounting resistance against antibiotics is currently one of the foremost challenges to treat food borne infections. Therefore both prevention and efficient curative measures should be adopted.
