About the Author: Dr. Vijaykumar Shivkumar Shukla has completed his M.Sc. from Department of Physics Nagpur University Nagpur and Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan Jaipur under the joint supervision of Prof. S. Lokanathan and Dr. K.B. Bhalla. He served in Chirawa P.G. College Chirawa and in G.H.S. Government P.G. College Sujangarh. After his retirement from Government College he served as Principal of M.D. Goenka Girl’s P.G. College Laxmangarh and of Seth G.B. Podar College Nawalgarh. He served as Director of Veena Memorial P.G. College Karauli and as Academic Director The Anandilal Podar Trust Nawalgarh (Rajasthan). Presently he is serving in Shri Bhawani Niketan P.G. Boys College Jaipur. He has published 13 research papers all in international journals.
