Microwave Synthesis & Biological Activity of New 4(3H)-Quinazolinones

This work represents the synthesis of some novel 4 (3H)Quinazolinone analogues and their pharmacological activities. The structural modifications on Quinazolinone nucleus showed a wide range of biological activities like antioxidant H1antihistaminic activity anti-inflammatory and anti-tumour agents such as ethyldiamino imidazolines and ethyl diamino quinoline group is built into position 3 of the quinazolinone nucleus.
