This book is a modest attempt to provide a detailed overview of the ongoing Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) infection affecting hundreds of individuals annually. Considering the global outbreaks of the syndrome the authors felt a need to disseminate knowledge among healthcare professionals and the general public about mode of spread of the disease treatment options and preventive measures.
