Middle School Principal Training Strategy

The presented work is the result of a scientific research applied in the province of Ciego de Avila Cuba starting from the existing problem with an initial verification which allowed to investigate the scientific problem and to offer a proposal for the solution. The final verification allowed assuring the effectiveness of the proposal. The research was presented in option to the Master''s Degree in Education Sciences of the main author obtaining satisfactory results.
