<p class=ql-align-center><strong><em>It's 10 PM... do you know where your children are?</em></strong></p><p class=ql-align-center><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p class=ql-align-justify>1990 was a difficult year to find oneself alone at night out on the streets of New York. After decades of political failure and neglect New York City stood on the precipice of its most violent lethal year yet. Meanwhile mass media inquisitions waxed hysterical when they saw the devil in every aspect of popular culture. But every age has its problems and its traumas-its demons and its witch-hunts. Sometimes it's all the same old trouble.</p><p class=ql-align-justify> </p><p class=ql-align-justify>Officers Lucy Madrigal and Tabitha Williams are stuck. They're stuck working the graveyard shift and-in the wake of an act of inhuman ruthlessness-they're stuck working it together. One is a rookie the other is feeling worn by the grind. Neither suspects what stands between them and seeing the next sunrise.</p><p class=ql-align-justify> </p><p class=ql-align-justify>Though the city may never sleep an unexamined world awakens while it dreams. Now these two police officers must probe the forgotten depths of Brooklyn and come face-to-face with vicious spirits old as the universe itself.</p><p class=ql-align-center><br></p><p><br></p>
