Migratory grief in Venezuelan refugee families

The purpose of the study was to recognize the characteristics of the migratory grief of Venezuelan refugee families in the city of Cúcuta Norte de Santander taking into account the diversity of each household. A group meeting was held in which five people participated each representing their family unit. The families have been located in the Loma de Bolívar neighborhood for one year. Through the semi-structured group interview the preparation phase of each family was identified in view of the decision to emigrate the changes generated in the family dynamics and the modification of the support networks in view of the time of settling in the new city.
