MILITARY LOGISTICS TECHNICAL MANUAL

The main objectives of this Manual are the following:1. To specify the requirements for an integrated military logistics system both in peacetime and in wartime when the government and the armed forces of a nation as the highest authority must demonstrate their capacity to meet political-strategic logistics objectives and national defence in any situation and scenario.2. To summarize the art of Military Logistics outlining its requirements laws and principles and its most important characteristics at all levels from that of the nation''s government to the lowest level of the combat forces in their daily work.3. It is intended to be above all a support document for all logisticians allowing them to act and plan with clarity and an overall view as well as to determine what is important and what is not and to know and measure the vulnerabilities capacities and limitations of their logistical system and that of the enemy.
