<p>This book investigated the relationship between nature-based mindfulness practices work-related stress levels and mental well-being among early childhood education (ECE) teachers in the United States (US). ECE teachers often experience elevated levels of work-related stress which can negatively impact their mental health job satisfaction and professional performance (Davis et al. 2020e; Susman-Stillman et al. 2020). Limited research has explored nature-based mindfulness practices as a potential intervention for improving ECE teachers' mental well-being (Menardo et al. 2022; Vitagliano et al. 2023).</p>
