About the Book: Mindstation'' is written by keeping in view different roles we play such as student team member team leader and leader during our corporate journey. I am very much sure that everyone will find something new and interesting in my book which has been created with suitable examples & scenarios in a very simple language. By going through this book we will be able to move from Emotional Intelligence to emotional understanding from time management to time awareness from team management to team building from merely being a leader to practicing the art of leadership making a new friend (Mind) from knowing others to knowing self applying knowledge of attitude to excel in career from managing stress to Identification and de-stressing from conversation to role specific communication and last but not the least a paradigm shift in definition of Personality. It is a humble effort to share my knowledge and experience of 27 years in corporate and education sector. In the end I can only say that it is an ''extraordinary book created by an ordinary person''. About the Author: The author born on October 1 1969 comes from a family that migrated from Pakistan post-Partition and grew up in various cantonments due to his father''s service in the armed forces. After a childhood dream of joining the Indian Military Academy was cut short due to injury he transitioned to the corporate sector in 1994 and later spent 13 years in education. Inspired by life experiences and a passion for reading he took a career break in 2021 and began writing his first book on soft skills and personality development. This 375-page book is based on real-life experiences and presents role-specific insights across ten topics such as self-awareness communication and emotional understanding for four rolesstudent team member team leader and leader. With concepts like Time Generating and Trichual the book aims to bridge gaps in personal and professional life and help readers evolve with changing times.
