Mini Monsters BIG Feelings

<p> Young children can <em>sometimes</em> <strong>struggle to name the big feelings inside them</strong> and out of frustration and sometimes desperation they react to situations unpleasantly. </p><p>      We as parents and educators need to give our babies grace while they<u> try to manage and express those big feelings that's jumbled up inside them</u><strong>.</strong> When young children can <strong>learn to name their feelings and explain their triggers</strong> it allows us to give them better guidance.</p><p>     The goal as the first book in the Lil' Monsters Series focuses on putting a name to emotions. <strong>Each book in the series will <u>focus on a specific emotion what can trigger that emotion and age-appropriate coping mechanisms</u></strong>. </p>
