The investigation continues with a Sergeant on the case who believes that this man Manuel Moors is all in people's head. Monuments have been raised to honor him and fundraising has been established on behalf of a new school in honor and memory of Manuel Moors. As the Sergeant continues to research this man his own questions are raised when there are no records found about this man other than his arrest and escape from Detective Vega and yet other records show that his prints are of a dead man. Will the Sergeant find out what happened so many years ago or will he be given the run around?
