<p>Godina je 1980. Rat uveliko bukti izmedju Libije i Cada. Jedno nomadsko pleme zaustavilo se na pogranicnom pojasu ne bi li prenocilo pred nadolazecom pustinjskom olujom. Kada je ona protutnjala ostavila je iza sebe prizor stravicnog pokolja.</p><p>Prebacivanje odgovornosti za zlocin među zaracenim zemljama privuklo je paznju stranim drzavama koje su iza zatvorenih vrata odlucile da sprovedu istragu o tome.
