Miriam's Little Room

<p>Miriam is a timid five-year old girl whose world is filled with scary situations. As a result she doesn't say much and she is usually overlooked even by the kind people in her life. When she is sad or afraid or confronted with adversity she escapes to her room and finds a place of refuge in the wonders of her mind creating rainbows and butterflies and a place where she can be happy. Aimed at children ages four to eight this is a book that teachers counselors therapists clergy and other concerned adults can use to help start conversations with children who are dealing with difficult situations and to show them a positive way to cope.</p>
